Core Luxe Pilates, founded by STOTT certified instructor Jennifer Nirenberg, is the area’s premier Reformer Pilates studio—bringing a new level of luxury and transformation to the community.
What makes Core Luxe Pilates unique? It’s more than just a workout. With additional training under master trainers and certification in injury and special populations, Jennifer brings a depth of expertise that allows her to meet clients exactly where they are—whether they’re recovering, beginning, or looking to push their performance to the next level. Coupled with her background in Pilates and aesthetics, every detail has been designed to offer a boutique, precision-driven experience where clients of all levels feel both challenged and supported. Classes are intentionally small (6 reformers), ensuring personalized attention and results that strengthen, lengthen, and refine the body while centering the mind.

Luxe Strength is an athletic Reformer strength training class at Core Luxe Pilates in Bantam, CT, designed to build muscle, increase strength and improve total-body power. Using the Pilates Reformer as a training platform, this class incorporates progressive resistance, controlled movement and intentional strength work for a challenging full-body workout.

Luxe Strength is a faster-paced, athletic reformer Pilates class recommended for clients with prior reformer experience or instructor approval. As with any fitness program, please consult your physician before participating if you are pregnant, recovering from an injury, have cardiovascular concerns, orthopedic limitations, dizziness, balance disorders, or any other medical conditions that could be affected by physical activity. Participation is at your own discretion and modifications may be provided when appropriate.
